Astrid The Utica Falcon Lays Her First Egg Of 2015

It looks like eggs are all over Utica this Easter. Astrid the official Utica Falcon has laid her first egg of 2015.

A female peregrine usually lays 3 or 4 eggs, occasionally 5. The female falcon will do most of the incubating, which averages about 33 days.
