Aldi Store In New Hartford Is Now Open After Expansion

The 1,800 SF expansion at the New Hartford Aldi is finished, and the store is now open to bargain shoppers.

Aldi on Seneca Turnpike next to Jay-K in New Hartford was one of over 1,300 U.S. stores upgraded and expanded. They now feature a wide variety of 'new' items for sale, more fresh produce, and a larger area for dairy, bakery, and meat department.

The store is much more spacious, no more bumping into people when your browsing, and there is a lot of new items to discover. Here's a map of the new Aldi.

Aldi is currently in a five-year growth program, where they're opening over 800 stores to get to just under 2,500 stores by the end of 2022.
