Grilling season is right around the corner. If you're looking to expand your taste buds and try some exotic meats than you are in luck.   • Moose

    Game meat like Moose may be higher in cholesterol, but generally they have fewer calories and less saturated fat. Try out this wonderful French Canadian dish called Moose Ratatouille.

  • Rattlesnake

    Snake meat is extremely high in protein and also contains half the calories of steak. Try out these rattlesnake bites at your next party.

  • Buffalo

    Buffalo is high in protein and extremely low in cholesterol. It has about half the calories and fat of beef. So instead of grilling a beef burger try out one of these Buffalo Burgers with Mozzarella.
