Several fireworks displays will be taking place in June and July throughout Central New York.

Utica:

The City of Utica will be holding its annual Independence Day Celebration from 5:00pm to 10:00pm with fireworks beginning at 9:00pm.

This free event takes place at Frederick T. Proctor Park.  Anyone interested in volunteering or becoming a vendor can contact the City of Utica.

Old Forge:

Old Forge will also host a Fourth of July event featuring live music and entertainment that begins at 7:30pm and is capped by fireworks at 9:30pm.  The event is held on the Old Forge Lakefront and is sponsored by the Town of Webb.

Attendees should bring a chair or blanket on which to sit.

Rome:

The Rome City Chamber of Commerce will be holding its Honor America Days Celebration on Saturday, July 27, 2013.  This will be the thirtieth annual celebration and will feature a parade, concert, and old-fashioned barbeque.
