Traffic Advisory: Columbia Street in Utica

A travel advisory is in effect for Utica, New York.

From today through Friday, February 26, 2016 Columbia Street between State and Varick Streets will be closed to all traffic to permit construction on the North South Arterial (Routes 5, 8, and 12).

According to a written release from the New York State Department of Transportation closures will be in effect from 6:00pm until 6:00am the following day.

Signed detours will be in place.

Drivers are advised to use extra caution in the area.
