Utica Cancels Memorial Day Events
Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri has announced that the City’s planned events for Memorial Day have been cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak.
That includes a parade and wreath laying ceremonies.
On Tuesday, Utica’s Fourth of July parade and fireworks display were postponed due to the virus.
