Possible UFO Recorded Over Lower Paxton Township Pa.

Strange lights were in the sky over Harrisburg PA on Monday August 25th. One woman in Lower Paxton Township caught the UFO on her cell phone. Here's the video:

“I thought it was a plane until I realized it wasn’t moving,” Wilkerson told ABC News. “I watched it for about 20 minutes and I started noticing it changing colors.”

Even police showed up and had no answer.
