We've missed the Soda Fountain Restaurant in Remsen, and if you did too, then we have some great news. They've announced an opening date for the summer season.

I was at Five Guys getting my favorite burger and bag-full-o-fries and when I turned the corner to fill my cup, in place of the traditional soda machine was a tall red beauty that pretty much blew my mind!

It was an absolutely beautiful night in Remsen for our Classic Car Cruise In at Central New York's premiere 50s style restaurant, the Soda Fountain. Every car and bike reflected the pure blue sky over us and the pride of its owner. There is nothing like a stroll through an Adirondack night and a parking area filled with classic cars from different eras and different styles...
