The Mohawk Valley has lost a "lifelong friend" that left an indelible mark on thousands of lives.

The wave of closures and suspended activity due to precautions related to the spread of Coronavirus is now permeating local school districts.

In a 'Security Alert' email sent to parents Tuesday night, Executive Principal Roy Kane said the families of those affected by the threat had been alerted and were told to stay home Wednesday. Additionally, all after school activites Wednesday (Oct. 30) are cancelled.
