New York State Police are releasing the results of an Underage Drinking Initiative in Oneida County.

Decoys under 21-years-old were sent into various bars, liquor stores and gas stations to check employees for compliance with the law.

Out of the 22 businesses tested, only two of them were not in compliance with laws dealing with the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21

As a result, 24-year-old Dakota Thieme of the Nice-N-Easy in Westmoreland and 20-year-old Kamryn McGrew of Red's Market in Stittville were both charged with Unlawfully dealing with a child and Prohibitive sale of alcohol to a person under 21.
