The National Weather Center out of Binghamton calling for the very humid conditions over the long weekend with showers and thunderstorms, but it's certainly not a washout.

For the unofficial start of summer, we'll see an increase in moisture come into CNY Saturday and it sticks around through Monday. The humidity will generate some showers and thunderstorms with the best chances Sunday into Monday. Hot temperatures on Saturday may create some severe isolated storms. High's over the Memorial Day weekend will reach into the high 80's low 90's with temps cooling off later next week.
