So, this week through Wednesday is Speed Awareness Week in NY State, so if you've got a bit of a lead foot (like me,) you may want to start slowing down. Although, I must say that most people who are speeders are aware of their habit so raising awareness seems a tad futile. Like the overweight person who keeps meaning to stick to their diet, most of us who speed would like to stick to the rules, we just always end up back at it again after either getting a ticket or nearly losing control.
