Snow Emergency Declared In Utica

A Snow Emergency has declared in the City of Utica.

It will go into effect at 10:00 on Saturday night and remain in effect until further notice.  The Snow Emergency applies to all city streets.

All vehicles parked on city streets after 10:00 are subject to ticketing and towing.
