Oh Hell Yes, ‘Sharknado 3’ Has a First Trailer
Because you asked for it, pleaded for it, mailed millions of pounds of chum to your local congressman for it, Sharknado is back and headed to Washington D.C. for a second sequel. The first trailer from Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! has arrived, and yes, a shark lands on the Lincoln Memorial.
Syfy released a brief new look at the third entry in the Sharknado trilogy (warning: concept may cause lightheadedness), set to hit the airwaves and plummet sea life into the nation’s capital on July 22. Ian Ziering is certainly back, double-fisting assault rifles in the White House with billionaire Mark Cuban (playing the President), and adorned by a medal at that.
Lest we forget, Tara Reid also puts in a brief appearance, regrettably lacking the buzz-saw arm from Sharknado 2: The Second One, but sure to get a stately upgrade over the course of the film. Other big names in line to have sharks rained on them include David Hasselhoff, Bo Derek, Ann Coulter as the Vice President, Michele Bachmann as herself, Jerry Springer as manic tourist Mr. White, Washington Redskins tackle Tom Compton as a reporter, NSYNC’s Chris Kirkpatrick as a lifeguard, and WWE star Chris Jericho.
You may gaze into the majesty of Sharknado 3 by the trailer above, and ready your best “Oh, HELL no!” by July 22.
