Ten infants have died using a popular Fisher-Price baby rocker, leading to an urgent warning.

The Fisher-Price Rock n' Play is an infant seat that rocks. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) says that infants that are able to roll over - which usually happens around 3 months old - and manage to do so in the seat without the harness, have suffered injuries or died as a result.

"Fisher-Price warns consumers to stop using the product when infants can roll over, but the reported deaths show that some consumers are still using the product when infants are capable of rolling and without using the three point harness restraint."

If you have the rocker, you should STOP USING IT once your child reaches 3 months of age.
