School Bus Driver Arrested, Accused of Forcibly Touching 3 Students
UPDATE: 02112022 1203 The school bus driver charged with forcible touching is now facing additional charges.
New York State Police say that 61-year-old Douglas C. Webb is also being charged with Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the 1st Degree, a felony, and Falsifying Business Records in the 2nd Degree, a misdemeanor.
During the course of the initial investigation the NYSP alleges that "Webb failed to disclose that he had a previous conviction on a charge of sex abuse 2nd degree" when making his application to become a school bus driver.
Webb was released on appearance tickets and is expected to answer the charges in te Sherburne Village Court on February 17, 2022.

A school bus driver is accused of behaving inappropriately with students.
New York State Police say that 61-year-old Douglas C. Webb of Sherburne, New York was arrested on Thursday, February 3, 2022. Webb is charged with "Forcible Touching" and "Endangering the Welfare of a Child."
According to a written release the NYSP says that "(an) investigation revealed that Webb inappropriately touched three students, ages 14, 15 and 16."
Webb is a school bus driver with the Sherburne-Earlville School District.
He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance. Authorities say the victims were issued stay away orders of protection.
