Rigoletto’s Joseph Paur Releases ‘Make Merry It’s Christmas Time’

Two years after Disney's Beauty and the Beast was released came a smaller-budget musical fairytale that although it never saw theaters, had a huge impact on all those who saw it. 'Rigoletto' (not to be confused with the opera) introduced Joseph Paur as Ribaldi, the film's conflicted Phantom-esque character with a golden voice who trains a young girl to sing despite his facial disfigurement. Fast forward twenty years (gosh, really?) and Ribaldi (ahem, Joseph) is still at it, and although his locks have changed color, his presence hasn't lost it's luster. Here's his latest offering, a music video for a song that he penned, 'Make Merry It's Christmas Time'.
