Central New York and the Finger Lakes region like most of the eastern part of the country is trying to recover from the severe weather and flash flooding.

Adding insult to injury on a daily basis is the amount of storm runoff that shows no signs of letting up anytime soon. Most of the eastern part of the country continues to deal with another blow from Mother Nature.
