Power Outage Affects South Utica And Surrounding Areas

National Grid is reporting a power outage in the Villages of New Hartford and New York Mills as well as South Utica.

Nearly 3,000 residents are currently without power, but National Grid's website says they expect to have power restored by 3:15 Tuesday afternoon.
