Now that we are getting into the Holiday season, lots of offices across New York will be holding Potlucks for their workers.

So...what do you bring? I am not a very good cook or baker so my standard potluck item is Chili!

It is easy to make, easy to re-heat, and serves a lot!

Here is how I make "Dave's Chili"

2lbs of Ground Beef
1/2 Onion chopped with food processer or blender
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 teaspoon of Caynee Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Garic Salt
1 8oz jar of Salsa (Hot)
1 Prepackage of Chili seasoning
2 15oz cans of Beans (light or dark)
2 1/2 cups of Tomato Sauce

Brown the meat and halfway through the process, add the onion. Drain after browning
Add all the other ingredients
Simmer for 65 minutes stirrling regualrly.

Feel free to eat right after, but I notice the flavor is better after leaving it in the fridge overnight.

But if you are looking for more "creative" ideas check some of these out.
