Isn't it so nice just to sit back and relax, and take a nice nap? Many people do it, more than just little kids. According to a Pew Research Center survey, on a typical day, one in three adults admits to napping.

They survey found that people who were unemployed were more likely to nap during the week than on weekends. They also found that those with jobs were only slightly more likely to nap on weekends. Women were also found to be more likely to nap, along with people who make less than $20,000 a year. Regardless of their income, people who were dissatisfied with their personal financial situation also said they took naps during the week.

Napping is still often stigmatized. Many people associate naps with being sick or lazy. Experts say power naps are good for you, and even should be considered as important as daily exercise. I love my power naps!
