The $321 million Mega Millions winner is from New York. The winning ticket was sold in Middletown, but there's no word on who is holding it. The winning numbers were 9-15-24-39-41, Megaball 1 and Megaplier 4.

If the winner chooses one lump sum, they'd receive $128.4 before taxes in New York State. Or they could receive 30 payments of 7 million over 30 years.
