CHiPS star Erik Estrada will be at the largest car show in the Northeast, and the ladies are going nuts!

Over 8,000 hot rods, 86,000 people and 400 vendors make up the Syracuse Nationals.  It's the largest car show in the Northeast held at the NYS Fairgrounds July 19 - July 21.

See Erik Estrada, AKA; Officer Frank Poncherello AKA Ponch in the Center of Progress Building for meet and greets, autographs and pictures Friday and Saturday. The Syracuse Nationals Facebook says he is the first of many celebrities attending the 20th-anniversary event.

Erik has worked in both television and film for nearly 50 years, and is best known for his role in the wildly popular show CHIPS, which aired from 1977-1983; Erik made a guest appearance in the reboot of CHIPS in 2017 and is still actively working in film and television.

This year the Expo Center will feature New Muscle cars and Trucks, exotics, supercars, diesel trucks, big rigs, invite-only high-end show circuit vehicles and more.

I loved Erik Estrada. Remember crushing on him while watching his TV show 'CHiPS?' Does the thought of meeting 'Officer Frank Poncherello' make you a little weak in the knees? Yes, yes it does. Hey, those first celebrity crushes are powerful!
