Massive Pile-Up Closes Interstate 81 in Upstate New York Between Syracuse and Watertown [VIDEOS]
A massive pile-up on Interstate 81 near the Oswego-Jefferson county line between Syracuse and Watertown shut down a portion of the highway today.
New York State Police report that all northbound lanes of I-81 are closed between Exit 37 in Sandy Creek to Exit 40 in Ellisburg. 30 vehicles were involved in the original sequence of crashes but there were no serious injuries reported.
A shelter has been set up for stranded motorists at the Adams Fire Department.
