According to The New York Rangers on Facebook, Marc Staal will make his season debut this afternoon in The Winter Classic.  Marc Staal has missed 35 games after being put on the Injured Reserve list on October 5th due to a concussion, but today he is back.

"Last night at dinner, he talked to my trainer (Jim Ramsay)," Rangers coach John Tortorella told NHL.com on Monday. "He talked to (Dr. Robert Cantu), and everything was good with him….I sat down and talked with him and asked him, 'Do you want to play?' I heard so many different things and Marc was talking quite a bit. I said, 'Staalsy, I don't care what anyone else's opinion is. '

Staal was cleared for contact a week ago and has been practicing without limits. He’s a quick interview from yesterday on how he feels about today’s big game:
