Have you noticed that it's been getting darker, earlier these days in central New York? And, we're still officially on Daylight Savings Time! Let's just see how much daylight we're getting these days.

According to "The Old Farmer's Almanac 2014", here's how tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14th shapes up:

"Sunrise: 6:55 a.m. ; Sunset: 6:03 pm

That gives us 11 hours and 8 minutes of daylight.

And for the trick or treaters, the sun sets at 5:38 p.m. on Halloween, October 31st."

Seeing that my show is on 96.1 WODZ until 7:00 p.m., I may be raking leaves in the dark the rest of the month! By the way, Daylight Savings Time ends and Standard Time begins on Sunday, November 2, 2014.
