The Insane Infatable 5K is coming back to Central New York soon. Ready to run the country's crazy fun, callenging run? Here's 5 easy ways to begin training without ever leaving your house.

Actually you don't even need to leave your bedroom. Thanks to Mandy from our sister station WZOK in Rockford, Illinois, who shared some easy ways to train for the Insane Inflatable 5K.

You should, of course, consult with your doctor before you begin any exercise regimen.

1 - Warm up by running in place on your bed - your bouncy bed replicates the air-filled bouncy obstacles on the course.

2 - Add in sit-ups.

3 - Try push-ups. You'll need to push your self up when you sink into the bounce-house obstacles.

4 - Add in the 'fire hydrant' to work your lower muscles.

5 - Finish with squats to simulate pushing off of the bouncy obstacles.
