Ilion Police Investigate Man Found Unconscious In Roadway

Ilion Police are investigating an incident in which a person was found laying in the middle of the road in front of the Aldi Store at the intersection of Central Avenue and Spruce Street.

Upon arrival, officers found the unconscious male who appeared to have possibly been struck by an unknown vehicle, which was not present at the scene.

The injured man was transported to St. Elizabeth's.

Police say, the incident may have stemmed from a domestic dispute where the male, 33-year-old Kristofor McCumber had jumped or fallen from the roof of the vehicle.

The driver of that vehicle is believed to be 35-year-old Gabrielle Spaziani of Ilion.

No charges have been filed at this time and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
