If you live anywhere near the Adirondacks, you know that lugging your kayak up north can sometimes be kind of a challenge, that is if you don't have all of the necessary equipment to transport it.

With me, it's tying down and transporting 2 kayaks and a canoe.  I have a small utility trailer that I tie them down to.  It works for now and I don't want to spend a fortune on all the high priced gear.  Then I saw this different type of kayak.  This would certainly be something worth looking into.

According to simplemost.com, this kayak is called the "Pakayak".  The best part about it, is that it folds into itself for easy transport and storage and you can carry it like a backpack, which really helps out when you run into those portages.  Problem is, at the moment it costs close to $1500.

Take a look at this video and tell me if this is something that you could definitely use.  I know I could.  Check it out.
