HELP! What Kind Of Snakes Are Living In My Pool Pump

I have a couple of snakes that have moved in, and it's freaking me out! Please HELP!

I hate snakes. I know that's a strong statement, but frankly, I don't think it adequately describes my deep-rooted fear of these slimy sneaky cold-blooded creatures.

I first noticed a snake a few days ago. My little dog was acting weird, but I was focused on getting equipment together to vacuum my pool. That's when I spotted the evil-looking thing. I couldn't believe my eyes. I took a broom and poked it, it hissed and took off. Where? I  have no idea. I just tried to stuff the fear deep down, really bury it. I was telling myself I will NOT have nightmares over this.

I begin cleaning the pool, keeping an eye in the vicinity of where I saw the snake.  About 20 minutes in, I see it slither back under the pool pump. I'm so creeped out, shaking, and scared that I gave up on the pool until today. We have a beautiful weekend coming up, and friends will be over, so it's back to the pool maintenance. That's when I see it again and snap a picture. I show it to my co-worker, and he says, "Cindy, I see two snakes." I look, OMG, he's right. GROSS!!!

Can anyone tell me what kind they are and what to do? I'm scared, and I want to use my pool again. :( Can you help? Please leave your suggestions in the comments below.
