You might want to bundle up your ghosts and goblins as you take them out trick or treating this Halloween night.
According to Syracuse.com, some parts of Upstate New York will see some of the  white stuff falling from the sky late tonight. Although, It wont be much and will mainly be in the hills of Lakes Erie and Ontario, and in some parts of the Adirondacks, its a subtle reminder of things to come in the next few weeks across all of Upstate and Central New York.

Now it doesn't look like we here in Central New York should be concerned with snow, but there's still a slight chance of a rain shower or maybe even a snow flake or two. Our main weather factor will be the cool temperatures tonight, falling into the 30's and the gusty winds.

The official National Weather Service forecast for Central New York, which includes the cities of Utica/Rome looks like we'll have mostly cloudy skies and cool temperatures for Halloween day. Temperatures won't get out of the 40's, with the high predicted to be 48°. Tonight will be mostly cloudy and chilly as temperatures drop to near 32°.  As we enter November, we can expect a chance of showers and chilly. The high 48°.
