Ghost Car Caught On Camera? [VIDEO]

Russian dashcams always seem to catch the weirdest things on video. They manage to capture crazy accidents, insane pedestrians and even meteorites but nothing as weird as this yet.

The video begins as the car rolls up to a stoplight and as traffic begins to move around a turn a ghost car comes out of nowhere startling the drivers. At about the 38 second mark the car appears darting in front of the traffic. Is this a ghost car or just another crazy driver?
