Don't tell the kids it's educational, just tell them it'll be lots of fun.  The Utica Zoo's annual "Eggstravaganza" will be both, including pictures with the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt, and animal meet-n-greets.

While there are many similarities to the usual Easter Egg hunt, the Utica Zoo's celebration will focus on the egg, the animals who lay them, and how truly different and unique each egg can be. In addition to animal meet-n-greets, there are egg-themed enrichment for the animals, STEM-based crafts, animal biofacts to explore, and more.

The annual Utica Zoo Eggstravaganza is Saturday, April 20th, from 10am-3pm. You'll be able to explore the entire zoo, plus get photos with the Easter Bunny and face painting with Coco’s Big Shoe Clowns. If participating in the egg hunt, please bring your own basket.

The Easter Egg Hunt is $5 with all other activities included in Zoo admission. Admission is $8 for adults, $4.75 for children aged 3-12, Seniors 62+, military, veterans, and college students with ID will pay $6.75. Children under 2 are Free.
