The Farmer's Almanac has just released it's 2018 winter outlook and depending on how you feel about cold and snow will determine whether you'll like what the almanac is predicting.
The winter weather forecast is based on a 200 year old formula used by the almanac and is for the period January - March, 2018.

According to the almanac, temperatures here in the Northeast are expected to be more on the "normal" side and it will be more snowier too.

The Farmer's Almanac says days to watch for an active winter weather pattern in the new year include:

January 20-23
February 4-7 & 16-19
March 1-3 & 20-23

After the last few winters we've had around here, news like this is music to the ears of snow lovers like me.
