The Joseph Michael Chubbuck Foundation would like to invite you to the 2nd Annual Joseph Michael Chubbuck Foundation Golf Tournament at Rome Country Club on Saturday-August 5th starting 8:30AM shot gun start.

Registration begins at 7:30am the day of the event OR you can register teams online now at under the Events tab or phone 315-339-5993. Registration fee is $80 a player (teams of 4). Skins & Mulligans will be optional. Breakfast (coffee, OJ, and donuts) will be served, lunch at the turn (beer/soda, hot dog, and chips), and a buffet of finger foods at the conclusion. The top 3 teams will receive a Cash Prize & Awards will be presented for Longest Drive (male & female) and Closest to the Hole. Several nice door prizes will also be given out. Once again, participants will be given a free golf towel, golf tees, commemorative shot glass, and team picture. AGAIN, ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY OPEN at under the Events tab or by calling the Foundation office at 315-339-5993. Event proceeds will be used to financially assist cancer patients living in or being treated within Oneida, Herkimer, Madison & Onondaga Counties.
