Enjoy Labor Day Music And Dance At Lock 20 In Marcy

It's an annual tradition that the final "Betsy The Barge" concert is on Labor Day. It all begins this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at Lock 20 Canal Park on River Road in Marcy. And, it's a wee-bit Irish! Check the details.
