Cub Scouts Are Selling Popcorn Locally
It's that time of year again folks. Cub Scout Pack 93 from Whitesboro needs your help. They are doing their annual popcorn sales to help pay for camp and other activities throughout the year.
There are 2 phases to the popcorn sales. The first phase which is happening for 2 more weekends, is selling at your favorite stores in the area. Chances are you have already seen us.
Storefront sales are happening on the weekends, Labor Day weekend and the weekend after that. Right now, if you are looking for popcorn, you can get it in front of Lowe's in New Hartford and North Utica, as well as Gander Mountain in New Hartford.
The popcorn is reasonably priced at 10$ for a tin of caramel corn, 10$ for a 6 pack of butter microwave popcorn, and !5$ for a 14 pack of extra buttery popcorn. You know you want some, so come out and support your local scouts.
The second phase will be the pre-orders that will be out just in time for the holidays. Look for a much larger variety of popcorn, like white cheddar, chocolate, and other options.
Like I mentioned earlier, the sales help the boys with resident camp at Camp Kingsley, and other activities through the year like Howe Caverns, visits to the fire department, and so much more.
