Cherry Valley, a small town in Otsego County, population 1,224 was recently turned into a set for a beer commercial by an NYC marketing agency.

The Daily Star in Oneonta says "Joe Gray, who lives in Cherry Valley...was selected to be the face of Busch during its Father’s Day campaign."

The town was turned upside down with banners, billboards, life-size cutouts, signs, in hopes that his wife and kids buy him some Busch Beer for Father's Day, How could they miss it right? The advertising campaign will run on all social media platforms, print and with TV commercials.  1 TV ad, which you may have already seen, is currently airing nationwide, and the next will premiere on Father’s Day.

The agency told the Daily Star that “He’s a family man. He’s hardworking. He’s exactly what we were looking for,” and that Gray was selected based on online promotions tied to a customer loyalty program run by Busch’s parent company, Anheuser-Busch Companies, LLC.

Here's what's posted on YouTube. We're glad his kids come through in the end for Joe!
