
Central New York Fire Departments Descend on Hard Hit Buffalo During Lake Effect Snow Event
New York's second largest metropolitan area has been hard hit by a historic lake effect snow event that has dropped 50 inches and counting on parts of the Buffalo area. Fire departments and first responders from around the state are responding by sending any help they can spare.
The Barneveld Fire Department shared this on Facebook
WKTV news anchor Don Shipman reported on Facebook that crews from across Herkimer County including Old Forge, Cedarville, Newport and Salisbury are heading to the Buffalo area.
