Capital District Woman Unexpectedly Receives ‘Weed’ Via Mail

A blog writer out of Columbia County was expecting a delivery from California, but not a package with 7 lbs of marijuana.

Pamela Marks is a family friendly blogger. She writes reviews for children's toys and clothing. Jakks, a company that designs and develops toys out of California, sent her the package with the herb and had yet to contact her. She has called the authorities, and they've confiscated the cannabis and are currently investigating.
