BREAKING NEWS: AHL Returning To Utica

After a 20 year absence, the American Hockey League is coming back to Utica.

The NHL's Vancouver Canucks will move their AHL farm team to the Utica Auditorium for the 2013-2014 season.  The official announcement was made during a news conference this afternoon.

The team will be called the Utica Comets.

The Utica Devils left after the 1993 season.
