Are You Making Chocolate Chip Cookies The Wrong Way [VIDEO]

I do indeed love chocolate chip cookies, especially when there is a tall cold glass of milk involved.  Me, I prefer a nice soft chewy cookie, opposed to the hard crumbly kind.  However, when I attempt to make them, which is not often, I ruin them every single time and I couldn't figure out why.  After watching this video, I knew exactly what I was doing wrong and now I'm on the right cookie path.  Take a look and get on the same path!  Don't forget the milk!
