Adirondack Bank Center Gets Ready To Host The Stampede Rodeo

The Adirondack Bank Center in Utica is being transformed into a rodeo space.

Crews laid 225 tons of the dirt on the arena floor on Tuesday.

They'll also be setting up chutes, holding areas, the roping area and the performance area.

Tye Eglin, the owner and operator of the  Lucky E Rodeo Company, says folks attending the rodeo will be in for a great time.

The Utica Stampede will feature eight different events -- Bull riding, Bareback Horse Riding, Saddle Bronc Horse Riding, Barrel Racing, Breakaway Roping, Team Roping, Tie Down Roping, and Steer Wrestling

The Utica Stampede Rodeo will take place on Thursday, July 11th and Friday, July 12th.
