Wanted for driving while intoxicated
DARRELL WILSON is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. On August 4, 2014 Wilson was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police. During the course of the Trooper's investigation, it was determined that Wilson was intoxicated.

Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree
Toby L. Richardson is wanted on a bench warrant from the City of Albany Criminal Court for failure to appear on an original charge of Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree in January 2009. He was subsequently arrested in July 2011 on a weapons possession charge in MD and completed probation in 2013 and once again did not appear in court in Albany, NY. He is believed to be in the Henrico, VA area.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated
MILAN HUBACEK is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Deposit on an Arrest Warrant after failing to appear in court on the charge of Driving While Intoxicated. His Arrest Warrant was issued by the Town of Windsor Court on August 24, 2016.

Eric Swain Jr. is wanted by the State Police and the Town of Malone Court on the above charge. On May 16, 2009, while visiting an inmate at a New York State correctional facility in Malone, Swain brought marihuana into that facility. Swain's last known location is New York City.

Wanted for criminal possession of marihuana 2nd degree, criminal possession of marihuana 4th degree
Marcus Crosgile is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. In 2015, Crosgile was stopped by troopers on the Southern State Parkway and was subsequently arrested for possession of marihuana. The defendant’s last known address is in Sunrise, Florida.

Eric Antoine, age 47, is wanted on a Village of Dundee Arrest Warrant for Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree. Antoine stole more than $1,000.00 from his employer's bank account. Antoine may currently be working in the construction field.

JONATHAN MERCADO

Troop F, SP MIDDLETOWN
Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree with intent to sell
JONATHAN MERCADO was arrested during a traffic stop in the Town of Blooming Grove when he was found to be in possession of 111 wax envelopes containing heroin and three hypodermic needles. MERCADO was arrested and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of bail. MERCADO failed to return to court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
