Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, possession of a hypodermic instrument
CORTNEY S. BIGELOW is wanted by the New York State Police on a Bench Warrant issued September 24, 2015, by Syracuse City Court. BIGELOW is wanted for failure to appear in court regarding July 2015 charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated 
JAMES JOSEPH is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. On December 12, 2010, Joseph was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police for speeding. During the course of the Trooper's investigation, it was determined that Joseph was intoxicated.

Douglas J. Sousa is wanted on an Arrest Warrant issued from the Town of Milton Court for the above charges. In July 2017, Sousa was involved in a physical domestic where he struck and choked a victim, destroyed a cell phone to prevent calling for help, physically prevented the victim from leaving the residence, and forced two children to remain in the residence, in close proximity to the incident which was viewed by them.

Wanted for reckless endangerment 2nd degree
JESSE J. KNELLER is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Binghamton. On April 16, 2015, he was arrested for Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree but has since missed court dates. On August 22, 2016, the Town of Binghamton Court issued a bench warrant for his arrest.

Wanted for burglary 2nd degree
GEORGE H. LAFOUNTAIN is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Fort Covington Court. On September 24, 2017, LAFOUNTAIN entered the garage of a residence in the town of Fort Covington without permission. Once inside the garage, LAFOUNTAIN engaged in an altercation with the victim and menaced the victim with a BB gun.

Wanted for criminal mischief 3rd degree
Trevor L. Prescott is wanted by the NYSP and the Town of Lewiston Court on an active bench warrant issued on September 19, 2017, for failure to appear. In May of 2017, Prescott went to a residence intoxicated and damaged a vehicle door in an enraged domestic.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, traffic violations
Christina Liotta is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. Liotta was stopped for a traffic violation on the Southern State Parkway in 2015 and was later arrested for DWI. She was operating a green Buick at the time of her arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in Wantagh, NY.

Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 1st degree
ROBERTO R. ROBINSON is wanted by the New York State Police in Hawthorne and the City of Rye Justice Court after his failure to appear for court proceedings. ROBINSON was originally arrested for possessing six ounces of crack cocaine. ROBINSON is known to use the aliases of Ricardo Robinson and Alvin Cummings. ROBINSON is thought to be in the Bronx area of New York City.

Wanted for unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine 3rd degree
James Batrowny was arrested on March 9, 2017, on the above charge during in the Town of Dansville and was subsequently indicted by a Steuben County Grand Jury. Batrowny failed to appear for his scheduled court appearance in Steuben County Superior Court. Batrowny has ties to Steuben and Chemung counties.

DANIEL O. MCKOY

Wanted for criminal possession of a weapon 2nd degree
Daniel McKoy was arrested on the above charge after he became a fugitive of justice. He was arrested in California and extradited back to New York. Upon accepting a plea deal, McKoy posted bail while he awaited his sentencing. McKoy did not return for sentencing and a Bench Warrant was issued for his arrest from Sullivan County Court. McKoy has ties to California and been known to use the alias “Lawrence Outlaw” and “Luis Garcia-Lopez”. McKoy is considered to be violent.
