Troop K, SP POUGHKEEPSIE
Wanted for grand larceny 2nd degree
JOHN J. NEMEC III is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Beekman Justice Court following a fraud complaint reported to police in May of 2014. NEMEC is accused of defrauding several Dutchess County residents out of more than $79,000. NEMEC is believed to frequent the Yonkers area of Westchester County.

Wanted for grand larceny 4th degree
Ryan Chillemi was observed stealing merchandise from a local Home Depot. An investigation revealed that CHILLEMI stole approximately $1,725 worth of merchandise. An arrest warrant was issued by the town of Monroe Court.

Wanted for criminal possession of controlled substance 7th degree
ANTHONY J. SCHUSTER is wanted by the New York State Police for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. On December 31, 2012, Schuster was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police for a window tint violation. Schuster was found to be in possession of numerous controlled substances. A bench warrant was issued for Schuster's arrest due to him failing to appear in court.

Wanted for criminal impersonation 2nd degree, unlawful possession of marihuana
Cierra M. Bell is wanted on a Bench Warrant from the Town of Queensbury Court. In April 2017, she was convicted on the above charges and sentenced to serve 52 days in the county jail. She was given a specified date and time to report to the jail and failed to appear to serve her sentence. Her last known address was on Brandywine Ave. in Schenectady, NY.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, traffic violations
Christina Liotta is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. Liotta was stopped for a traffic violation on the Southern State Parkway in 2015 and was later arrested for DWI. She was operating a green Buick at the time of her arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in Wantagh, NY.

Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, criminal impersonation, promoting prison contraband 1st degree
LAMELL DAVIS is wanted by the New York State Police on a Bench Warrant issued June 30, 2016, from Syracuse City Court. Davis is wanted for giving an officer a false name and was found in possession of heroin and cocaine while being searched at the Onondaga County Justice Center

Wanted for reckless endangerment 2nd degree
JESSE J. KNELLER is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Binghamton. On April 16, 2015, he was arrested for Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree but has since missed court dates. On August 22, 2016, the Town of Binghamton Court issued a bench warrant for his arrest.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, violation of interlock device, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree 
Carmen Arlotta is wanted by the New York State Police and the town of Aurora Court on an active bench warrant issued March 8, 2017, for failing to appear in court. On August 29, 2016, Arlotta was stopped for a traffic violation and arrested for driving while intoxicated.
