Troop C, SP BINGHAMTON
Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree
DANIEL A. MCELROY is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Binghamton for failing to show at court after he was arrested in 2010 for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. On December 23, 2010, the Town of Chenango Court issued a bench warrant for his arrest. MCELROY has a large visible tattoo on the side of his neck.

Recarlo L. King is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Malone Court on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on August 25, 2016, for the original charge of Public Lewdness. On June 26, 2016, King engaged in sexual acts in a public place in the Malone area. He was released on an appearance ticket and never appeared in court.

Wanted for criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree, grand larceny 4th degree
STEPHANIE SHARPS is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Pleasant Valley Court following her August of 2016 arrest. Sharps is accused of cashing forged checks at two Dutchess County bank branches. In January of 2017, the Town of Pleasant Valley Court issued a warrant ordering her arrest when she failed to appear for court proceedings. Sharps is known to frequent Poughkeepsie and Pleasant Valley.

JOSHUA A. EASON

DRIVING WHILE ABILITY IMPAIRED
JOSHUA A. EASON is wanted by the New York State Police on an active bench warrant for Driving While Ability Impaired by the Consumption of Alcohol. On April 17, 2015, Eason was stopped by New York State Police for a traffic violation, during the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Eason was intoxicated. Eason has failed to reappear for court appearances.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, traffic violations
Farah Jeannot is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. In 2016, Ms. Jeannot was stopped for traffic violations on the Southern State Parkway and was later arrested for DWI. She was operating a black Honda at the time of her arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in Deer Park, NY.

COLIN P. LEE

Troop F, SP MIDDLETOWN
Wanted for grand larceny 4th degree, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle
Colin Lee was arrested for the above-listed charges after an investigation revealed that he stole approximately $1450 worth of property from a residence along with an ATV. After being spotted on the ATV, LEE fled from law enforcement. He was subsequently arrested. COLIN LEE did not return to court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Wanted for grand larceny
Jeannette McKnight was originally arrested in June of 2009 for Grand Larceny and Falsifying Business Records in the town of Brunswick. She subsequently failed to appear for her scheduled court appearances in Brunswick Court and in November 2013 Brunswick Town Court issued a warrant. Her last known address was Haigh Avenue in Schenectady.
