Dinner buffets.  Hmm…not many of them in this part of New York.  East Dynasty is one.  Ponderosa took a hike, I guess just not getting the traffic they had anticipated.

Conceptually, an Italian food buffet would be a good idea, but I think I could only make one trip and I would probably fall asleep before I could collect the check and leave.  According to my waistline, it’s probably a good idea that there aren’t many buffets in this area.

What about weddings, Christmas parties, and other gatherings you see around here?  Definitely a lot of buffets here.  All you can eat?  Maybe they should call it “all you should eat”  Probably more appropriate, don’t you think?

Either way, there are actually some rules of etiquette when it comes to all you can eat food troughs.  I would think number one would be don’t put your significant other in a position where they feel the need to hide their face.

Maybe before you head out to that smorgasbord that you’ve been patiently waiting for, maybe take a look at some of these tips that could very well keep you out of the doghouse this Christmas.
