Charlie Digristina, owner of the Charlie’s Pizza restaurants in the Utica area expanded his operation over the winter months and has added a new 4000 square foot catering kitchen in Washington Mills.
“We can handle any size party now,” said Digristina who says he can now deliver anywhere. “This new catering kitchen allows us to do so much more when it comes to catering parties and events.”
Digristina was scheduled to appear on Plate Night this week; but, has postponed until next week because of a death in the family. He’ll show us how to make home-made Gnocchi and one of their regular specials, Chicken Saltamboca.
Charlie’s Pizza is open in Washington Mills, Whitesboro and North Utica and is offering a Graduation 2014 special – ‘Buy 1 Large Tray of Pasta and get the second large tray for half price. Menu details and store information is available on the Charlie’s Pizza website.
