Traditionally, the Italian potato pasta, Gnocchi is a pretty filling dish; but, as Charlie Digristina of Charlie's Pizza shows us, it doesn't have to be that way. This all-new episode of Plate Night features Charlie's making the classic pasta dish along with a great special, Chicken Saltimbocca over Utica Greens.

Plate Night is a weekly program which features the greater Utica Area's biggest attribute, our food.  Each week we feature a new restaurant as they create two unique dishes that go on their menu for at least two weeks.  The chefs show how to make the dishes and even offer up a recipe, so people can make it on their own.

This week's feature, Charlie's Pizza, just opened a new catering center where they can

handle any size party any where in Upstate New York.  They offer up the best authentic Italian cuisine and the two dishes made here are the prefect example.
